About the position

The Program Manager for Adult Residential Services at Equinox, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Holt House Residence, which supports adults with mental illness and developmental disabilities. This role involves staff management, compliance with regulatory requirements, financial oversight, and maintaining community relationships to ensure effective service delivery and support for residents.

Responsibilities

• Carry out staffing functions including selection, training, supervision, and discipline of staff.
• Conduct quality assurance activities and participate in compliance programs.
• Compile essential reports including clinical, supervisory, fiscal, regulatory, and evaluative reports.
• Achieve units of service and revenue goals for the program.
• Manage the program budget and participate in budget development.
• Ensure all records are maintained in compliance with regulations such as OMH and HIPAA.
• Provide scheduled and unscheduled supervision to all Case Managers as needed.
• Monitor bi-monthly medication verification inspections and weekly controlled substances verification.
• Perform thorough room inspections at least once per month.
• Coordinate and ensure all admission/discharge procedures are completed within specific time frames.
• Manage Program Petty Cash Funds.
• Exercise good judgment and maintain professional boundaries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma and five years of experience in human services.
• One year of supervisory experience in a similar program is required.
• Must have a clean, valid NYS Driver License.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree in a human services related field preferred.
