Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with division goals and objectives.
  • Identify potential risks and issues early in the project life cycle, implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, service, marketing, and other team members to ensure project execution and timely delivery.
  • Facilitate clear and transparent communication among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management including providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Serve as a subject matter authority on semiconductor advanced packaging manufacturing process and/or metrology, providing mentorship and support to project teams as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and expectations to ensure that project results meet or exceed their needs.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Requirements

  • Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 5+ years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 8+ years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 10 years
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor advanced packaging manufacturing processes and equipment with direct experience in metrology or inspection.
