About the position

The Program Manager for Amazon Fresh Grocery will support core retail business functions while developing scalable solutions for future growth. This role involves delivering results at both strategic and tactical levels, focusing on process improvements and business enhancements. The ideal candidate will adopt a user-centric approach to problem-solving, leveraging data to identify opportunities and drive organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage key business processes and deliver improvements for the Category team
• Provide visibility and regular communications on program status (roadmap, issues, risks, metrics, etc.) to leadership, stakeholders, and team members
• Represent Category process needs and drive improvements in org-wide data availability

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• 3+ years of driving process improvements
• Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
