About The Position
The Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Program Manager at Stryker is responsible for leading a team and setting the strategic direction for ASC programs. This role focuses on driving customer success during the start-up and expansion phases by implementing value-added initiatives, fostering collaboration across divisions, and sharing success stories. The Program Manager will manage complex supply chain processes, build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers, and ensure the seamless delivery of key objectives.
