About the position

The Program Manager, AP/Procurement Administration at TrinityRail is responsible for overseeing the administration of Oracle Cloud Procurement and the Oracle Cloud Supplier Portal across North America. This role focuses on developing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance, while also facilitating scalable processes to support company growth. The Program Manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective implementation and management of procurement systems.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Oracle Procurement and Supplier Portal for North America.
  • Partner with Procurement teams to execute rollout plans for Oracle Procurement.
  • Manage user additions and removals in the system.
  • Coordinate across functional teams including IT, Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Monitor requisition and purchase order aging, providing visibility to buyers.
  • Resolve errors in interface tables and manage approval workflows.
  • Identify and transition vendors to Oracle Business Network for electronic transactions.
  • Engage suppliers to ensure compliance with invoice submission requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver training for suppliers on portal usage and invoice submission.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Accounts Payable/Procurement Process Leadership Experience or equivalent Shared Service Accounting Operations Experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials or similar cloud systems (e.g., Coupa).
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Spanish speaking is a plus.
