Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, organize, coordinate, control, and evaluate activities/services for an Office of Information Technology program.
• Provide technical advice on strategic issues and collaborate with other program offices to improve processes.
• Determine goals and objectives needing emphasis by developing performance measures.
• Manage diverse programs and services through subordinate supervisors, monitoring accomplishments and identifying issues.
• Make decisions and resolve problems involving interpretation of laws and policies.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have primary U.S. residency for at least three of the last five years.
• Must pass a background investigation.
• Must have at least 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level.
