About the position

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Enablement team to drive change and collaboration at a global scale. This high visibility role will develop programs and processes for a global audience while also owning execution of each initiative individually and/or in concert with cross-functional team members. The role will support an industry field organization, combining a passion for problem solving, creating scalable mechanisms, and enthusiasm for technology to drive learning and establish positive stakeholder relationships with new and tenured field employees.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an enablement strategy and programs to accelerate growth by increasing industry knowledge.
• Advocate for the Field with cross-functional teams and work to rally the organizations around the voice of the field.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
