About the position

The Senior Program Manager for AWS Industry Enablement will drive change and collaboration on a global scale by developing and executing programs and processes aimed at enhancing industry knowledge and sales productivity. This high-visibility role involves working cross-functionally with various teams to support the AWS industry field organization, ensuring effective stakeholder relationships and facilitating learning opportunities for both new and tenured employees.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an enablement strategy and programs to accelerate growth by increasing industry knowledge.
• Advocate for the Field with cross-functional teams and rally the organization around the voice of the field.
• Develop programs and processes for a global audience while owning execution of each initiative individually or in concert with cross-functional team members.
• Facilitate sales productivity programs both live and virtually.
• Leverage cross-functional resources and internal teams to drive programs and business impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the cloud computing industry.
• Familiarity with AWS services and products.
