About the position

The Program Manager at Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical and business operations of assigned programs. This role focuses on managing staff who assist clients in obtaining and maintaining housing while ensuring quality support services are provided. The Program Manager will also track necessary client paperwork, manage compliance with regulations, and foster collaboration with community stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and business operations of assigned site/programs.
• Manage staff providing support services and housing resources to clients.
• Guide staff in understanding the housing process and appropriate clinical services.
• Build a cohesive team that collaborates with internal teams and community stakeholders.
• Track client paperwork and referrals through reporting.
• Submit reports and deliverables to leadership as required.
• Conduct HMIS data clean up and reporting, scheduling, interviewing, and timecard review.
• Approve PTO and conduct disciplinary reviews.
• Ensure compliance with patient interactions according to relevant codes and policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
• 4 years of experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification obtained within 90 days of hire preferred.
• Current AZ Driver's License required.
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record required.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card preferred.
• Jail Clearance preferred.
• Peer Certification preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Recovery from Alcohol or Drugs and/or GMH for equal to or greater than 1 consecutive year preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in behavioral health preferred.
