About the position

The Program Manager for Blockchain Analysis at Arcticom, LLC is responsible for overseeing and implementing contracts related to blockchain technology and cybercrime investigations. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain systems, digital forensics, and project management, ensuring that the team meets customer objectives and delivers quality results on time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee efforts to implement the contract, including coordinating with various US and foreign agencies.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all program activities.
  • Provide contractually required reports to the client.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of quality deliverables in accordance with the contract.
  • Manage timekeeping and performance of employees and subcontractors supporting the program.
  • Maintain accurate and timely expense reporting.
  • Ensure qualified personnel are provided in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Ensure satisfactory performance of services in support of the program.
  • Ensure procurement of blockchain forensic tool(s) complies with contractual requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable requirements/regulations/laws of the United States Export Administration, and any other domestic or foreign licensing/governing authorities.
  • Ensure preparation and shipment of equipment complies with all contractual requirements.

Requirements

  • 10 years' experience in international relations, international security, federal law enforcement, criminal justice programs, rule of law development, or similar.
  • B.A. from an accredited U.S. university in a relevant field.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Ability to attain a U.S. Federal Government Tier 2 background check.
  • Expertise in cybercrime and cyber-enabled crime using cryptocurrency.
  • Knowledge of project management, organizational behavior, project tools and techniques, and strategic project management.
  • Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, policies, standards, and guidelines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to keep current on new and revised laws, regulations, policies, standards, and guidelines affecting the program.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
