About the position

As a Program Manager for Brand Marketing at SEMI, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's presence and effectiveness within the semiconductor industry. This full-time position is designed for a detail-oriented planner who thrives in a dynamic environment and is adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for ensuring that all internal teams and agency partners are well-informed about creative requirements and have the necessary materials to succeed. Your role will involve managing project timelines, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the brand identity is integrated across all business aspects. You will report directly to the Sr. Brand Manager at our Milpitas headquarters, where you will be part of a team that values creativity, problem-solving, and effective communication. In this position, you will be expected to exhibit strong project management skills, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a keen attention to detail. You will work closely with product marketing, regional marketing, communications, product development, and sales teams to ensure alignment and integration of the brand identity. Your ability to facilitate team meetings and communicate action steps clearly will be crucial to the success of your projects. You will also be responsible for building and fostering relationships with global teams, demonstrating your ability to influence and drive successful project outcomes. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to align project team needs with clear objectives, manage multiple creative agencies, and deliver projects on time and within budget. You will need to be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of navigating ambiguity while making sound decisions. Your passion for detail and urgency will be essential as you drive initiatives forward and contribute to the overall success of SEMI's marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines and ensure internal teams and agency partners are informed of creative requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver results and ensure alignment with brand identity.
  • Facilitate team meetings and communicate action steps to ensure clarity and progress towards goals.
  • Build and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence project success.
  • Drive the brand process forward to ensure adherence to quality processes and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 6+ years of experience in program management and project coordination in support of a brand, marketing, or UX design function.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
