The Google Cloud Consulting Professional Services team guides customers through the moments that matter most in their cloud journey to help businesses thrive. In this role, you will drive the implementation of Business Development Representative (BDR) programs into Google systems and workflows. You will collaborate with BDR program managers, internal partners, and vendor teams. You will develop training programs, create sales tools and resources, and co-develop joint sales solutions with vendors. You will be responsible for measuring program effectiveness and recommending improvements. Additionally, you will oversee account demand generation through marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting, qualify prospects for Google Cloud products, and support sales managers in running a successful sales development team. You will ensure vendor representatives have the necessary knowledge to achieve quarterly goals. You will also collaborate with partners to understand their needs, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive sales. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to guarantee field acceptance of generated opportunities. You will act as the primary liaison between vendor sales development and Google's internal teams.
