About the position

The Program Manager for Career and Community Connections Services is responsible for leading a team of Employment Specialists to provide opportunities and assistance for adults with disabilities in finding and retaining integrated paid employment. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the CCC Services program, including staffing, budget management, billing, and ensuring compliance with contracts and funding sources. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and a commitment to innovative service delivery that meets the individual needs of clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Employment Specialists.
• Oversee the CCC Services program in accordance with agency mission and funding sources.
• Manage staffing, budget, billing, and contract compliance for employment services.
• Develop creative service solutions tailored to individual client needs.
• Collaborate with co-workers, families, and other professionals to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with people with disabilities, preferably in employment settings.
• Experience with Employment Services for adults with developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience and successful job development experience are strongly preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Strong recordkeeping, time management, and financial management skills.
