About the position

The Program Manager for Career Choice Operations at Amazon.com Services LLC is responsible for driving strategic improvements in the associate experience through effective program management and project delivery. This role involves analyzing data to inform decision-making, managing relationships with various stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of Career Choice policies and initiatives that empower employees in their educational journeys.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally on initiatives to drive strategic improvements to associate experience.
• Analyze contact data to develop and implement mechanisms to reduce contact volume from schools, associates, and HR partners.
• Own the relationship with My HR Live Support partners, providing timely training and analyzing data to surface insights and influence leadership.
• Own and maintain Career Choice policy, working across teams to surface policy issues, facilitate discussions, and manage change.

Requirements

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Strong program management and project delivery skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
• Proficient data analysis and visualization capabilities to inform decision-making.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
