About the position

The Program Manager for Change Implementation at Amazon's Rural and Super Rural Operations Integration (RSR OI) is responsible for executing change management plans and driving the adoption of changes within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of change management principles, stakeholder management, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and project managers. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to support various change initiatives, ensuring that processes are improved and that the needs of the business are met.

Responsibilities

  • Execute approved change management plans, including hosting office hours and converting SOPs to RSR START format.
  • Manage change tools and resources, track change adoption metrics, and communicate results to senior leaders.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on change management plan creation and execution for RSR OI.
  • Provide support and consultation to RSR leaders, program managers, and partner teams on various change initiatives.
  • Anticipate risks and develop strategies to minimize disruption to the business.
  • Build and manage relationships with RSR leaders and project managers, providing change management counsel.
  • Earn trust and gain buy-in from senior leadership to support changes and influence without authority.
  • Leverage understanding of business line nuances to prepare, manage, and sustain changes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
