About the position

As a Program Manager at Mill Cities Community Investments (MCCI), you will oversee and manage the implementation of environmental justice priorities, focusing on increasing sustainability through energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions. This role involves leading a coalition of partner organizations in the Merrimack Valley Energy Efficiency Enrichment Program (MVEEEP), which aims to support low-and-moderate-income residents affected by the 2018 gas explosions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery and maximize the impact of funding.

Responsibilities

  • Create, strengthen, and deliver climate justice and environmental resilience-based programming.
  • Coordinate the Coalition, serving as the liaison between the Coalition and the Department of Energy Resources (DOER).
  • Collect, maintain, and report information regarding program activities, including outreach and project facilitation.
  • Collaboratively work with the finance department to maintain the program budget and track funds allocated and spent.
  • Manage Salesforce CRM for centralizing program data and activities.
  • Maintain relationships with DOER through regular communications and reporting.
  • Serve as the lead presenter to stakeholders and the community.
  • Support the refinement of program design and eligibility requirements.
  • Manage the program's $2.75M budget, tracking all allocated and expended funds.
  • Design and implement an efficient workflow approach for customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of project management experience
  • Salesforce knowledge (preferred)
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish (preferred)
