About the position

The Program Manager for Collision START & Tech Trainee will play a crucial role in the expansion of Tesla Collision Centers by launching and scaling internship programs. This position requires a driven individual with a strong background in program management, capable of leading multidisciplinary initiatives from inception to implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing operational metrics, optimizing programs, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize and scale Tesla Collision Internship programs
• Develop and manage external relationships with vocational partners, negotiating agreements and ensuring class fill rates are met
• Partner closely with internal field teams to develop talent planning strategies and implement training programs
• Properly scope and develop project plans, manage communication, and organize required meetings
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce program costs
• Comply with all Tesla safety rules and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in operations or supply chain
• Experience with Workforce Development teams or internship programs is a plus
• Proven ability to manage large complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence
• Ability to lift 50lbs and drive a forklift
