The Community Program Manager at OpenAI will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with early adopters of AI technologies, particularly within the arts, education, and creative sectors. This position focuses on creating scalable systems and programs that support these communities, showcasing their innovative use cases and insights. The role requires collaboration across various teams to develop educational resources, product demonstrations, and community events that highlight the work of early adopters.

Responsibilities

• Expand communities with care by helping leads grow early adopter communities while maintaining trusted relationships.
• Build scalable systems for storytelling, guidance, events, and cohort programs from the ground up.
• Educate early adopters by translating complex technological advances for community members of varying backgrounds.
• Shine a spotlight on early adopters by identifying and celebrating talented artists, educators, and writers.
• Collaborate with social and press teams to share stories widely and with events teams to produce celebrations of their work.
• Architect scaled community events with partners, including localized demos and screenings around the world.
• Help the Community Team run smoothly and effectively, collaborating with other teams and external contractors.
• Identify opportunities to refine the Community Team's focus and experiment with new cohorts.
