About the position

The Complex Customer Requests (CCR) Program Manager at KLA is a high-profile role focused on driving operational excellence and improving customer experience through the management of the CCR program. This position involves project planning, cross-functional coordination, and customer relationship management to ensure alignment with customer goals and objectives. The successful candidate will lead the program's metrics and facilitate communication among project team members and senior management, utilizing data-driven decision-making to optimize processes and promote continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Run the existing CCR program through initiations, prioritization, and execution with key collaborators.
  • Collaborate with division engineering, operations, service, marketing, and regional business units to ensure timely project execution.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their requirements and expectations.
  • Facilitate clear communication among project team members, partners, and senior management, providing regular updates on project status and risks.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to optimize processes and establish key performance indicators for continuous growth.
  • Evangelize the program across the company to improve customer adoption.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in leading sophisticated, cross-functional customer programs in the semiconductor industry.
  • Deep knowledge of advanced fab processes and operations, with experience in KLA tools and technologies preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in fielding critical customer issues and leading internal cross-divisional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Experience in managing and reporting on enterprise-wide customer programs, driving strategy and alignment across multiple divisions.
