About the position

As Program Manager - Product at SEON, you will drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence across our fraud prevention, risk, and compliance product suite. Coordinating across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams, you'll transform SEON's product vision into reality through structured and cross-functional coordination. This role combines strategic product operations with program management to accelerate our delivery and launch activities.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and optimize product operations processes and documentation standards
  • Oversee product documentation strategy, ensuring alignment across technical, user, and go-to-market content
  • Drive go-to-market readiness across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Develop and maintain product launch playbooks
  • Coordinate between Product and Engineering program management teams
  • Implement scalable processes for managing product feedback and requirements
  • Provide data-driven insights for effective decision-making
  • Design program governance frameworks that balance agility with accountability
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across all organizational levels
  • Ensure documentation quality and consistency across product portfolio

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product operations or program management roles within B2B SaaS companies
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of modern product development and go-to-market processes
  • Experience coordinating between Product, Engineering and GTM functionalities
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication
  • Experience managing product documentation workflows and standards
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
  • Strategic thinking balanced with strong operational execution
  • Experience building and optimizing scalable processes

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in fraud prevention, security, or FinTech domains
  • Experience with product analytics and operational metrics
  • PMP Certification or equivalent nice to have
