About the position

Rippling is seeking a Program Manager for its CX Enablement team to lead training and documentation efforts across Implementation teams. This role focuses on enhancing the onboarding process, developing training materials, and ensuring customer-facing teams are equipped to deliver high-quality experiences for international customers.

Responsibilities

  • Program Manage onboarding processes for all CX implementation segments by facilitating training and certification.
  • Measure program success and help new hires make early impact.
  • Act as the tip-of-the-spear for CX as Rippling rolls out new products requiring updates to Implementation processes.
  • Collaborate with CX and Revenue Leadership, Enablement, Revenue Operations, and R&D to establish an enablement strategy.
  • Develop and deliver training and materials using various interactive teaching methods.
  • Analyze data to improve rep ramp time and assess the impact of training.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management and enablement experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders; IM, CSM, or technical customer-facing role preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data to understand training effectiveness and identify gaps.
  • Strong collaboration skills to drive consensus and achieve business outcomes.
  • Experience in building lightweight processes to gather necessary data.
