About the position

The Program Manager - Cyber Security at Infosys is responsible for managing and assuring cyber security risk remediation for clients. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams to drive and execute security remediation and improvement workstreams, ensuring high client satisfaction and service excellence. The Program Manager will oversee complex IT technology transformation and operations, focusing on cyber security operations, risks, and vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and assure cyber security risk remediation for clients.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to drive and execute security remediation and improvement workstreams.
  • Maximize service availability and ensure high client and end user satisfaction.
  • Define, govern, and execute security remediation actions through a structured approach.
  • Establish governance and review processes for security remediation actions.
  • Lead conflict resolution and prioritize client needs and cyber risk mitigation.
  • Assess, prioritize, and execute remediation actions for security gaps and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and communicate risk mitigation progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage cyber security emergency situations and incident responses.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing for the program and manage resourcing issues.
  • Manage financial aspects of the program, including budget and vendor management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in IT technology transformation and operations program management.
  • Good understanding of cyber security operations, risks, threats, and vulnerability management.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in multi-faceted teams across different geographies.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and delivering under stringent deadlines.
  • Strong team management abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in pre-sales support and collaborating with cybersecurity experts.
  • Knowledge of vulnerability remediation, DevOps, cloud, and infrastructure.
  • High analytical skills and a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
  • Strong customer orientation and quality awareness.
