About the position

The Program Manager for Data & Analytics Marketing at SAP is responsible for creating and coordinating marketing programs and strategic initiatives within the Data and Analytics Marketing team. This role involves mapping out dependent projects, managing stakeholders, and ensuring that marketing initiatives align with broader company objectives. The Program Manager will work closely with senior management to implement these initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Create and coordinate marketing programs and strategic initiatives for the Data and Analytics Marketing team.
  • Map out dependent projects, stakeholders, and relevant workstreams to achieve program goals.
  • Manage and communicate a clear vision of project objectives to motivate the project team.
  • Prepare and provide clear decision-making support to top-level management and SAP executives.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and maintain a large network for collaboration.
  • Execute against program goals to meet overarching transformational objectives.
  • Manage financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and variance analysis.
  • Evaluate complex situations and identify viable solutions.
  • Determine required resources for the program.
  • Engage to de-escalate or refocus high-profile project engagements with delivery challenges.
