About the position

The Program Manager - Data Governance at TEKsystems is responsible for overseeing data security and governance initiatives within Adobe's Data Governance team. Responsibilities

• Manage data governance and security projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Facilitate meetings and make decisions effectively to drive project progress.
• Develop and implement test strategies and coordinate testing efforts.
• Utilize Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies in project management.
• Oversee project release management and production deployments.
• Communicate project status and updates clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent assignments effectively.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
• Maintain organized documentation and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills with a focus on planning, execution, and delivery.
• Experience in data security, data governance, data retention, or data risk management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Familiarity with Workfront and Jira.
