About the position

The Data Governance Program Manager at TEKsystems will lead initiatives focused on data security, governance, and risk management within Adobe's Data Governance team. This role requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams to ensure data vulnerability is screened and managed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data security standards.
• Facilitate meetings and make decisions to drive project execution and delivery.
• Develop and implement test strategies and coordinate testing efforts.
• Manage project release processes and oversee production deployments.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present ideas clearly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain organized documentation and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills with a focus on planning, execution, and delivery.
• Experience in data security, data governance, data retention, or data risk management.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Familiarity with Workfront and Jira for project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
