About the position

The Program Manager for the Data Ops Engineering Team is responsible for overseeing one or more programs within the DataOps Engineering portfolio. This role involves providing program leadership, strategic planning, and management of workstreams within an agile development framework. The Program Manager will coordinate with various teams, including operations, engineering, and product groups, to ensure successful program execution and minimal disruption to clients and internal consumers.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership and strategic planning for DataOps Engineering programs.
• Manage workstreams and provide updates to the steering committee.
• Craft a path from requirements to deployment, ensuring benefits realization with minimal disruption.
• Break down complex decisions into actionable steps and guide the organization through consensus.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading complex projects in financial services, management consulting, or similar fields.
• Strong leadership skills with a facilitatory style, possibly gained from management consulting.
• Demonstrated success in structuring and driving transformative programs at scale.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
