About the position

The Program Manager for the Data Ops Engineering Team is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing one or more programs within the DataOps Engineering portfolio. This position requires a blend of program leadership, strategic planning, and management of workstreams, all while operating within an agile development framework. The role encompasses collaboration with various teams, including the Aladdin product group, risk management, quantitative modeling, and data science modeling teams. The complexity of the domain necessitates a program manager who can effectively guide participants, who are seconded to the program, ensuring that all program-related work aligns with the overarching goals and objectives. The Program Manager is tasked with crafting a clear path from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring that the benefits of the program are realized with minimal disruption to both clients and internal consumers.
