The Program Manager at Residential Transitions, Inc. plays a crucial role in overseeing services and staff within a designated community residential setting. This position involves managing clinical evaluations at the program level for individuals diagnosed with severe mental illnesses, developmental disabilities, or traumatic brain injuries. The Program Manager is responsible for a wide range of administrative activities that encompass the full cycle of employment for staff, including interviewing, onboarding, support, evaluation, and disciplinary actions. Given the nature of the Direct Support Professional (DSP) environment, the staff will be engaged in intensive one-on-one care for clients, operating 24/7. The Program Manager will report directly to the Area Director and will have direct reports, ensuring that the team is well-supported and compliant with all necessary regulations. In this role, the Program Manager will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with state regulations and working with a variety of severe mental illness diagnoses, such as Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Schizophrenia, and PTSD. The position requires a blend of industry knowledge, clinical expertise, and leadership experience, making it essential for the Program Manager to possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
