About the position

The Program Manager, Enablement & Design at Adobe is responsible for crafting, promoting, and delivering the Global Safety & Security brand to all employees through effective creative design and campaign awareness. This role involves developing engaging educational collateral and resources that enhance employee experience and safety messaging within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging employee collateral and creative projects, including safety videos, brochures, posters, newsletters, and presentation templates.
• Conceptualize visuals and image layouts based on project requirements using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Develop and maintain Adobe Captivate eLearning training courses for employees, including global safety training and new hire orientation.
• Maintain and evolve the Resource Library and documentation for the Global Safety & Security team.
• Advise business partners in developing training content, presentations, and awareness campaigns.
• Plan communication strategies and education initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Security Operations teams to establish Lunch & Learn sessions and measure participation.
• Plan and schedule strategic campaigns to support team initiatives around community protection.
• Collaborate with the Adobe Brand team to ensure brand alignment across all Global Safety & Security touchpoints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and equivalent practical experience (4+ years of experience).
• Design expertise and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Acrobat, Express, Aero).
• Experience with photo editing, videography, design layouts, and video editing.
• Experience authoring eLearning courses for an in-house Learning Management System (LMS); experience with Adobe Captivate is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize work, set timeline expectations, and meet project deadlines.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills, including written and presentation skills with senior leadership.
• Ability to build relationships cross-functionally to create visually effective materials.
