About the position

The Super User Program Manager at CoxHealth is responsible for the development and management of the super user program, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. This role involves engaging in all phases of project planning, implementation, and activation, while providing ongoing support for system enhancements. The manager will coordinate with various stakeholders to deploy super user support tailored to departmental needs, focusing on IT-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management, healthcare, or a business-related field.
• Basic project management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
