About the position

Alkami Technology is a leading cloud-based digital banking solutions provider for financial institutions in the United States, dedicated to transforming retail and business banking through innovative solutions. As a member of the Knowledge Management team, the Program Manager of Field Enablement plays a crucial role in overseeing the development, implementation, and management of enablement programs within the Client Experience Group (CXG). This position is pivotal in driving high-impact programs aimed at enhancing the performance and effectiveness of various CXG teams by providing essential resources, knowledge, and training. The Program Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing effective enablement programs that equip teams with the right information at the right time, ensuring they can adapt quickly to market changes and respond to customer demands. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project and program management, coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be tasked with establishing clear goals and objectives that align with the Knowledge Management strategic vision, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks and knowledge gaps to improve efficiency, and pursuing both internal and external technical training needs. This role also involves implementing change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new frameworks, technologies, and best practices across the organization. In addition, the Program Manager will create and maintain training artifacts and resources, such as guides, presentations, videos, and technical documentation, while developing evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives. Continuous improvement will be a key focus, as feedback from participants and stakeholders will be gathered to refine programs further. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams, to achieve organizational frameworks and alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and management of enablement programs within the Client Experience Group (CXG).
  • Drive high-impact programs to increase the performance and effectiveness of CXG teams.
  • Establish clear goals and objectives that align with the Knowledge Management strategic vision.
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and knowledge gaps to improve efficiency, speed, and effectiveness of CXG teams.
  • Identify and pursue internal and external technical training needs to fulfill skill gaps.
  • Implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new frameworks, technologies, and best practices.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders with program goals, interdependencies, and next-best actions.
  • Create and maintain training artifacts and resources such as guides, presentations, videos, and technical documentation.
  • Identify and solve internal knowledge gaps through tool automation.
  • Develop and implement evaluation methods of enablement initiatives to measure effectiveness and gather feedback.
  • Facilitate workshops and whiteboarding sessions with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of customer needs and how to translate them into effective enablement strategies and training programs.
  • Proficient in program management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in data & trend analysis, including interpreting complex data sets and drawing actionable insights.
  • Prior experience in the banking, bank technology (banktech), or credit union sectors strongly preferred.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams.
  • Ability to analyze data to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and make recommendations based on data.
  • Experience developing content for various delivery methods, including e-learning, in-person, and virtual training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
