Hamilton in Brooklyn, NY. We are searching for key persons who are interested in this position should we be awarded the opportunity. Position Requirements The Program Manager (PM) shall have a minimum of five (5) years of administrative and/or supervisory experience managing a contract of this size and scope with similar responsibilities, technical skills and requirements. The PM shall also hold a 4-year engineering. The engineering degree must be in the mechanical, electrical or civil engineering fields. The Program Manager's primary schedule is between 0800 - 1630 hours Monday through Friday except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative reasons however, the PM or the deputy PM shall be available afterhours for emergencies . Basic contract responsibilities include the Operations and Maintenance in the daily operations of building and system maintenance, grounds maintenance, contract management, and road and pavements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies and have experience in supervising teams to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires excellent communication & organizational skills, the ability to manage change effectively, and a commitment to quality management. Additional Preferences are former military, knowledge of the USAG or this contract. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary. Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and adherence to project standards. Implement Agile methodologies where appropriate, facilitating Scrum meetings and ensuring effective collaboration among team members. Utilize project management tools such as Basecamp, Trello, and SharePoint for tracking progress and communication. Conduct regular quality management assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate change management processes to support organizational transitions effectively. Experience Proven experience in program or project management roles with a strong understanding of facility maintenance trade skills. Demonstrated ability in supervising teams and managing cross-functional collaboration. Strong skills in quality management practices and change management strategies. Proficiency in using project management software such as Microsoft Project , SharePoint, Basecamp, or Trello is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
