About the position

The Program Manager at SMA, Inc. is responsible for designing, coordinating, and improving internal and external programs within the organization. This role involves managing portfolio projects to deliver contractual products or services, enhancing existing program quality, developing strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The Program Manager will also work closely with HR, marketing, and communications teams, manage budgets, report on program performance, and develop industry partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Design and coordinate internal and external programs.
  • Manage portfolio projects to deliver contractual end items.
  • Enhance the quality of existing programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies for the program team.
  • Create robust risk mitigation plans.
  • Understand interlinkages and overlaps between different projects.

Requirements

  • 11+ years of experience in program management at a senior level.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and work well in teams.
  • Experience in managing budgets and funding.
  • Strong understanding of project interlinkages and risk management.
