About The Position
Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors, and veterans. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Program Manager for our Community Residential Services Homes (CRS - Adult Foster Care) in the Twin Cities, MN area. This position is integral to our mission and involves a dynamic role that is split between three locations, offering flexibility on where you start and end your week. As a Program Manager, you will join an amazing team within a successful, growing, and long-established organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that individual service plan tasks are provided in coordination with residents. You will supervise all Resident Assistant staff and work in partnership with Human Resources to manage all aspects of staff management, including hiring, training, evaluating, scheduling, and managing performance. Building and maintaining teamwork among staff is essential to sustain the efficient operation of the site. You will also develop and maintain staff schedules that meet resident needs while adhering to budgeted daily care hours. A thorough understanding of the Community Residential Setting Rule (245D) is crucial, as you will need to remain compliant with all licensing requirements. You will ensure that all documentation and staff training requirements comply with licensing standards and prepare the site for all licensing and inspections. Additionally, you may assist with physical cares and homemaking services as required, ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of care and support.
