About the position

MAXISIQ is seeking a talented Program Manager to oversee the management of all Contractor and Subcontractor efforts for an upcoming program. This role is critical as the Program Manager will serve as the formal representative of the program, engaging with senior state and national-level leaders through conducting tours and briefings. The Program Manager will also represent the program at various national-level working groups and planning conferences, ensuring high-level engagements at the Joint Staff, Department of Army, National Guard Bureau, and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) levels. This full-time position is expected to commence upon award in the September-October timeframe, making it essential for the candidate to be prepared for immediate involvement in program activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall management of all Contractor and Subcontractor efforts to ensure successful program execution.
  • Conduct tours and briefings for senior state and national-level leaders.
  • Represent the program at national-level working groups and planning conferences.
  • Engage in high-level discussions and presentations at Joint Staff, Department of Army, National Guard Bureau, and OSD levels.
  • Manage and maintain program objectives and deliverables effectively.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management or senior-level DoD experience.
  • Documented record of increasing management responsibilities in enterprise-level technology management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Cyber range or IT/OT technology programs.
  • Senior-level DoD experience as a military field grade officer, senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) of rank E-8 or above, or as a DoD civilian at a paygrade of GS13 or higher.
  • Defense Industry Civilian professional with at least 10 years of experience working with Senior level DoD personnel.
  • Knowledgeable of all associated platform support and hardware of the MuTC - Cyber Program.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Level III Program Management Certification from the Defense Acquisition University.
