About the position
The Program Manager will oversee large-scale complex programs, ensuring they are managed effectively from the planning phase through execution. This role requires strong leadership skills to direct cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationships across departments. The position is hybrid, requiring in-person attendance 2-3 times per week or as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage large scale complex programs from planning to execution.
- Direct cross-functional teams and work streams across a diverse organizational landscape.
- Build strong collaborative intra and interdepartmental relationships.
- Utilize Planisware tool for resource management, program, and project management.
Requirements
- 8 to 9 years of project management experience.
- 7 years of experience leading successful direct reports and/or matrix program management teams.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.

- Experience with Planisware tool for resource management, program, and project management.
