About the position

The Program Manager, Global People Strategy & Operations at Cushman & Wakefield plays a crucial role in supporting the People Executive Committee by driving collaboration, coordination, and timely execution of People Team programming. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff of the Chief People Officer (CPO), this position is integral in managing cross-functional projects and ensuring effective communication across various stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate programmatic coordination across the People teams functions/programs, including project management, implementation planning, change management, stakeholder communications, and cadenced reporting.
  • Develop and roll out program-related standards for design, structure, project management, reporting, escalation frameworks, and more across the People Team.
  • Stand up a Program Management cadence, comprised of Operational representatives from each of the functions in the People Team.
  • Own cross-functional project and program reporting, including scoping and driving execution of operational metrics to distill strategic insights and recommendations into executive-level presentations through storytelling with data.
  • Manage multiple development and execution workstreams simultaneously, including development of materials for presentation to senior leaders (including quarterly board meetings).
  • Lead change management initiatives to support successful implementation of strategies.
  • Partner cross-functionally throughout the organization (e.g. with TDS, Finance, etc.) as required to support the broader needs of the People Team.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor and ensure the continuity of operations across the People function.
  • Proactively take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to continuously improve C&W's performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of experience in a Project or Program Management role or comparable highly-analytical strategic function with internal or external clients (e.g. consulting, business analysis, functional line experience within strategy, marketing, finance, human resources, operations, or sales analytics), preferably in a services-based industry.
  • Experience in a global and highly-matrixed organization including experience working with teams across countries and time zones; Commercial Real Estate industry experience a plus.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational and program management capabilities; ability to manage multiple priorities at once and influence others - including senior executives - to meet deadlines.
  • Strong business mindset and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to turn data into a story; experience analyzing people data in combination with additional data sources a plus.
  • Strong financial acumen; commercial understanding of real estate a plus.
  • Desire and ability to approach work through cross-functional collaboration, troubleshooting, and getting your hands dirty.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, polished, and driven to succeed.
