About the position

The Program Manager for Global Process Management (GPM) at Amazon will oversee cross-functional responsibilities aimed at enhancing the Selling Partner experience. This role focuses on addressing gaps in the selling partner experience for the China Amazon Global Selling (AGS) initiative, driving process improvements, and ensuring effective collaboration with global partner teams. The Program Manager will report to senior management and work closely with Worldwide Global Process Owners (GPOs) to implement impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep dives into defects and issues, identifying root causes and driving solutions to eliminate them.
  • Integrate insights and learning into product, process, and system initiatives to build stronger Selling Partner experience capabilities.
  • Collaborate dynamically with business and product teams to influence and implement effective solutions.
  • Act as a visible and vocal role model, championing Selling Partner needs and leveraging data and technology to achieve goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience of Six Sigma/ Lean analytical techniques
