About the position

Waters Corporation is seeking a Program Manager for Global Talent Acquisition to lead key initiatives that enhance early careers, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), employer branding, and metrics/reporting. This role is pivotal in driving improvements within the talent acquisition organization and reports to the Senior Director for Talent Acquisition. The position offers flexibility in work location, with options to be based in Milford, MA or Wilmslow, UK.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage program goals, project plans, and budgets for assigned programs.
  • Manage enterprise global projects including University Relations and Early Career program management, DEI initiatives, and Vendor management.
  • Design programs to support the strategic direction of talent acquisition with oversight from senior management.
  • Develop project scope, plans, and deliverables with assigned program resources.
  • Manage matrix team resources to execute programs effectively.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate program risks.
  • Communicate program progress, issues, risks, and impacts to stakeholders, including HR and the Business.
  • Partner with the wider Talent Acquisition team to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party partners and monitor their performance.

Requirements

  • Successful track record of achieving targets such as deadlines and recruiting goals.
  • Experience managing large, complex talent acquisition programs with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong consulting, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Solid written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to timelines.
  • Experience analyzing data to make data-driven decisions.
