About the position

Susquehanna International Group is seeking a Program Manager to join our Hardware Research and Development teams, which are pivotal in driving FPGA-based development and researching next-generation low-latency network technologies. In this role, you will oversee the evolution of a program dedicated to our proprietary chip and board design efforts. This encompasses a comprehensive range of responsibilities, starting from the design and manufacturing lifecycle all the way through to delivery. As a Program Manager, you will be tasked with managing various initiatives, project plans, timelines, and roadmaps within the Hardware Research and Development teams. You will maintain a centralized dashboard that tracks open issues and monitors progress towards project goals. Your role will also involve performing vendor evaluations, vetting new IP vendors, and scheduling status meetings with external vendors to ensure alignment and progress. Additionally, you will review legal documents such as license agreements and Statements of Work (SoW) to ensure compliance and clarity in project execution. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive program documentation, which includes tracking payment milestones, collecting production board forecasts, and updating Gantt charts to reflect project timelines accurately. As a champion of business process improvements, you will work closely with our teams based in the US and Dublin to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes. This position requires a blend of technical and non-technical skills, as you will need to navigate both aspects effectively to drive project success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage initiatives, project plans, timelines, and roadmaps within the Hardware Research and Development teams.

Requirements

  • Prior experience managing an ASIC project with external vendors.
  • Understanding of dependencies and timelines involved in manufacturing within the electronics industry.
  • Experience with hardware systems (ASIC, FPGA) and design.
  • Flexibility to work on a mix of technical and non-technical assignments.
  • Strong communication skills.
