The Hardware Engineering (HWE) Business Operations organization is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team. Our mission is to systematically enable and improve HWE's business and operational outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and delivering on key operational initiatives from ideation through implementation. This includes planning, coordinating, driving, and reporting on internal business intelligence initiatives that inform critical business decisions. This position is ideal for a self-driven individual who can leverage their business and organizational acumen, strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, and ability to execute to create significant impact. As a Program Manager, you will utilize a unique blend of strategic thinking, program management rigor, relationship building, business analysis, and a process-oriented mindset. You will work closely with a passionate and scrappy team that directly impacts our ability to operate effectively and develop products efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include leveraging both quantitative and qualitative business insights to develop and execute program strategies and plans. You will drive alignment and manage expectations among leadership, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring that day-to-day program efforts are executed smoothly. This includes organizing cross-functional meetings, managing action items, overseeing data management, status reporting, and risk mitigation. Additionally, you will create and maintain organizational systems that map deliverables to team efforts, prepare internal and executive-level presentation materials, facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and drive after-actions. You will also identify and drive process improvement opportunities to create efficiencies and enhance overall outcomes. A key part of your role will involve consolidating, validating, and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources to support intelligent decision-making.
