About the position

The Program Manager for Hardware Engineering Operations at Apple is responsible for driving and delivering key operational initiatives that enhance business and operational outcomes. This role involves planning, coordinating, and reporting on internal business intelligence initiatives that inform critical business decisions, requiring a blend of strategic thinking, program management, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage both quantitative and qualitative business insights to develop and execute program strategy and plans.
• Drive alignment and manage expectations of leadership, partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day program efforts, including cross-functional meetings, action items, data management, status reporting, and risk mitigation.
• Create and maintain organizational systems that map deliverables to team efforts.
• Prepare internal and executive-level presentation materials, facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and drive after-actions.
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to create efficiencies and improve overall outcomes.
• Consolidate, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to drive intelligent decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BS/A degree required).
• 2-5+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Analysis, Data Science, or a related role.
• Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
