The Program Manager will support the development and facilitate the dissemination of key strategies focused on eliminating disparities in clinical outcomes among Mass General Brigham's patient population. MGB's Health Equity strategy, “United Against Racism”, is comprised of a series of interventions aimed to reduce disparities in clinical outcomes for MGB patients by race, ethnicity, language, and in newly developed focus areas including disability clinical equity. Mass General Brigham is also responsible for external reporting and regulatory readiness toward The Joint Commission Health Equity Standards & Certification. This role would support system readiness for external and regulatory equity requirements. This role reports to the Senior Director, Health Equity and collaborates closely with MGB Health Equity leadership including the Associate Chief Health Equity Officer for MGB.
