As a Program Manager you will be responsible for leading projects that support the scaling and continuous improvement of Uber's Global HR Support model. You will directly oversee process optimization initiatives that improve key people processes/programs, HR compliance, and policy work within Uber's multi-tiered HR support operations. Your role will drive partnerships with People Partners, HR Business Partners, People Operations, and CoEs to ensure we meet the emerging needs of the business. This evolving and growing function will help define clear process and policy ownership for key HR programs that ensure efficiency and scalability. You must be adept at managing multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving measurable impact through effective execution. You will work closely with various cross-functional stakeholders to identify and negotiate resourcing needs, interdependent workflows, and build out procedures to support identified work.
