About the position

Pathlight is seeking a Human Services Program Manager to oversee the operations of a residential group home in Gill, MA. This full-time role involves supporting adults with disabilities, ensuring they have opportunities to build relationships and engage in meaningful activities. Responsibilities

• Oversee all functions of a residential group home operation.
• Provide direct care, case management, and social work services.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 3-5 years of experience in the Human Services field, particularly with adults with disabilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPR/First Aid and MAP certification required.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and applications.
