Eaton’s IS AER FMC division is currently seeking a Program Manager I. This position will be located at our Los Angeles, CA facility. The Program Manager leads the Platform, Site or Business Unit Program Management and Integrated Product Team(s) to drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and life of the program financial performance by managing customer programs, contracts, and business relationships. The Program Manager is responsible for the successful execution of New Product Development (NPD) and Product Support projects and issues/opportunities that arise out of numerous areas such as field issues, manufacturing/test issues and/or supply chain challenges. In addition, the Program Manager is responsible for successful execution of NPD Program(s) and projects and their budget allocation. The incumbent will lead the Integrated Product Team(s) to drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and life of the program financial performance by managing customer programs, sustaining engineering challenges/issues, contracts, and business relationships. The Los Angeles facility has approximately 280 employees and is a leader in the design, development, manufacturing and delivery of Aerospace hydraulic components, systems, and services to the global aftermarket and OEM markets. The expected annual salary range for this role is $107812.53 - $158125.04 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.
