About the position

The Integrated Solutions Account Executive is responsible for managing a portfolio of insurance agents and programs, ensuring adherence to credit and underwriting procedures while providing superior service to clients. This role involves completing premium finance quotes, monitoring service requests, and developing client relationships to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Completes requested premium finance quotes and adheres to credit/underwriting procedures & guidelines.
• Uses creativity and good judgment to provide the client with the best possible solutions to their needs while minimizing the risk to FIRST.
• Monitors service requests, quotes, and business from assigned agents for FIRST's 'Fourteen Warning Signs' and concerning trends.
• Coordinates with the program compliance team to improve processes and address servicing needs.
• Develops and maintains client relationships through superior service.
• Accepts inbound emails and phone calls from agents and insureds; accepts payments, answers questions, and resolves concerns on Third Party & other Specialty program quotes/accounts as needed.
• May perform miscellaneous projects for the Specialty Business management team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in financial services, bank operations, wires or similar position.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Very organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe and Internet.
