About the position

The Principal Program/Project Manager in Professional Services is responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects focused on delivering advanced technology solutions such as 5G MEC, private LTE/5G, and IoT. This role involves overseeing project governance, financial tracking, partner management, and ensuring adherence to project management methodologies. The position requires strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and maintain effective communication with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects focused on 5G MEC, private LTE/5G, and IoT solutions.
• Oversee project governance, financial tracking, and analysis.
• Manage partner contracting and vendor relationships.
• Implement standard project management processes and artifacts.
• Conduct risk management and process improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors.
• Ensure projects remain within scope and manage scope changes through negotiation.
• Maintain extensive project documentation following standardized methodologies.
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple business lines for project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• 10+ years of complex program management experience in public/private sectors.
• Industry project management certification such as PgMP or PMP.
• Strong experience in leading complex and concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated effective leadership and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Experience with consulting services at the executive level.
