About the position

The Program Manager I at Cypher Analytics, Inc. is responsible for driving mission-critical IT projects within the U.S. Navy's Infrastructure Services portfolio. This role involves managing projects from the Statement of Work (SOW) creation through to Task Order Award and implementation, ensuring alignment with technical concepts and best practices while leading a dedicated team in a fast-paced technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from SOW creation to Task Order Award and implementation.
• Develop program baselines and identify program risks.
• Coordinate and deliver IT projects effectively.
• Ensure vendor management aligns with contracts and Service Level Agreements.
• Anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating IT projects
• Knowledge of technical concepts and best practices for client solutions
• Experience with vendor management and compliance management
