About The Position
As a Program Manager with our Intellectual Developmental Disability/Autism Spectrum Disorder programs at Devereux, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals in our care. You will be responsible for planning and implementing residential program services for assigned individuals, supervising program activities, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic treatment environment. Additionally, you will provide leadership and support to staff, and assist in various management areas in the absence of the Program Director. This position offers a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required.
